Times of India Launch in Vizag

Times of India Launch in Vizag: One of India’s biggest media houses extends its presence and reach with the launch of the Times of India – Vizag Edition. The launch was a very traditional and well connected with common man by way of doing rangoli in front of 5000 houses and on the day of launch we did a flash mob activity on the R K beach  followed by giving first print of  TOI paper along with Tender coconuts to the morning  joggers  This was however followed by mall activity  and an awesome  live show by Hariharan open to the public.

Times Funival

Times Funival: A one of a kind carnival themed event for the first time in India. Spread across the huge HITEX exhibhition grounds, the International carnival had a feel of fifty five international artists under one roof and a flea market for shopaholics & many more crazy acts bundled into one memorable carnival.

Thomson Reuters Hyderabad Day Out 2011

An event for the employees of Thomson Reuters, Traditions was a part of the event from conceptualization to execution.

• A pre hype campaign over a week prior to the event saw the employees of Thomson Reuters take part in Dance & Modeling practice for the big day.
• The main event consisted of word class performers from an international group of aerobics to an interactive illusionist & performances by the employees to make this a day that would remain in their memories for a long time to come.

Traditions was responsible for concept, planning, marketing(internally), production & execution of the entire event.

Hyderabad Times Festival 2011

A landmark event for the city of Hyderabad celebrating its unique culture & the people. Traditions has been associated with this event over the past 3 years & this year was no different.

Held at multiple venues, Traditions was in charge of  Planning, Venue Mangement, Security, production & execution of the entire event.

XXXVII Diary Industry Conference

Held in the scenic locales of Goa & visited by dignitaries such as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, it was a great experience for Traditions to manage & execute this event .

Traditions was responsible for Planning, Venue Management, Infrastructure(stalls) & execution of the event.

New Years Eve Celebrations

A New Years Eve Celebrations like no other with over 3000 people joining in the revelry of bringing in the New Year. Also themed to party on a shipwrecked island, it was the most happening place to be on New Years Eve!!..

Traditions was in charge of the event from start to end including conceptualization, venue, planning, production & execution of the entire event.
